"21세기 다차원적 파트너십을 구축하는 한국-인도 관계(India-Korea Relations: Forging a Multidimensional Partnership in 21st Century)"의 주제로 4월 18일 ~ 19일 인도 한국학 차세대 연구자 학회, RASK(Researcher's Association for Studies of Korea) 제10회 국제 세미나가 JNU(자와할랄 네루 대학교) 컨벤션 센터에서 개최되었다. 이틀에 걸쳐 인문과학, 사회과학, 환경과학 전공자 59명이 논문을 발표하고 청중과 질의 응답 시간을 가졌다. 한국학 분야가 총망라된 RASK 세미나에는 기조연설을 위해 외무장관을 지낸 윤영관 서울대 정치외교학부 명예교수를 비롯하여 조현 주인도 한국 대사, RASK 이사장 김도영 델리대학교 동아시아학과 교수, RASK 회장 샤시 쿠마르 미슈라(Sashi Kumar Mishra) 자르칸드중앙대 교수, 스칸드 란잔 타얄(Skand Ranjan Tayal) 전 주한 인도 대사 등 140명의 학자들이 참석했다.
RASK 세미나는 인도 한국학 연구의 현재를 총체적으로 보여주는 연례 학술모임으로, 이번 대회는 창립 10주년 기념 세미나였다. 발표자와 청중 모두가 한국학 또는 한국-인도의 다양한 연결고리에 관심을 가진 다양한 전공의 교수, 박사과정, 박사준비과정, 석사과정의 학생들과 연구원들이다. 이번 제10차 대회는 <국제 관계>, <안보>, <경제 및 무역>, <정치 및 외교>, <교육 및 문학>, <역사 및 종교>, <사회 및 문화>, <환경 및 지리>, <재난관리와 지속 가능한 발전> 등 9개 분야 총 11개 세션으로 나눠 진행되었다.
또한 지난 해 세미나의 우수 논문 15편을 제책하여 "Evolving Indo-Korea Relations"로 논문집이 출간되었다.
