   • Program Remarks - The international exchange programs at the Telfer School of Management provide just such an opportunity. Students can complete their academic and professional endeavours in another international institution while exploring a different country and discovering a new set of customs.

   1. Korea-related Courses : PHI2389 Asian Philosophy
      • Course Remarks - Study of some of the basic principles and themes of Asian traditions, such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism.
   2. Korea-related Courses : HIS2177 History of East Asia from antiquity to 1600
      • Course Remarks - Introduction to the civilizations of pre modern China, Japan, and Korea from antiquity to 1600. Emphasis on culture, society, and thought.
   3. Korea-related Courses : HIS2178 History of East Asia from 1600 to the present
      • Course Remarks - Introduction to East Asian civilizations after 1600. Focus primarily on China and Japan. Study of the internal changes in these countries as well as their external relations, and of transformations in thought and culture.
   4. Korea-related Courses : ASI3110 Selected Topics in East Asian Culture
      • Course Remarks - Study of a special topic in East Asian cultural history, such as the representation of women, Chinese/Japanese Visual Culture, etc.
   5. Korea-related Courses : DVM4125 International Development Issues in Asia
      • Course Remarks - Historical perspective on international development in Asia (colonialism, political regimes, population, conflicts). Areas of development, current and emerging issues linked to international development initiatives in Asia : health, education, food security, economy (including human and natural resources, debt burden, economic models, development strategies), human rights.
